  • The terrain at Pamukkale involves walking on uneven ancient surfaces; comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.

  • A swimming cap is required for the mud bath (you can bring your own or buy one on-site).

  • Open buffet lunch is available for groups of 10 or more. For smaller groups (under 10 people), a set menu will be served.

  • For Hotel Pickups: Please wait at the main security gate of your hotel.

  • For Cruise Port Pickups: Please wait at the Customs Exit Gate. We do not use name signboards. Our operations team will contact you via WhatsApp with exact vehicle details and a live location a day before your pickup time.
